I am still here and so very tired. It is wearing being in a hospital anyway so I try to align my energies with the happy nurses but it still draws from me. I am so tired and sore my body screams but I will be heading home Monday. I have a buy yarn get happy plan on Monday LOL. I will take the early bus into the city and then go visit some yarn shops. Anyone near by want to do a meet-up? Then I will take a later Greyhound to NC.
I did get Wendy Johnson's new book Socks From the Toe Up and love it. I normally do not buy sock books as I love to design my own but I had to buy Wendy's. I have been following her blog and commenting on it for OMG 7 some years, is that possible? WOW. About just as long as I have been blogging. WOW Where does the time go? I really like the patterns she has in there and she has a wealth of information from cast-on to bind-off.
I am still knitting on the bolero, socks for hubby and socks for myself.
I did meet up with an old friend of mine Joan, we have been friends since 1975 when I moved upstate from the Island. We had a nice early evening at her house sitting in front of the outdoor firepit. Then met up again Sunday night and went out to dinner at the Pine Hill Arms. Nice dinner of shrimp and scallop ravioli YUM!!! glass of wine, and friendship, what could be better?
Hugs!!!
Namaste!!!!

Hugs!!!!!
I love your fiber to happiness plan.
In fact, I fully endorse it.

Hi Cat! I am so sorry to hear about everything that has been going on. I've been a bad blogger and am just catching up. I hope the move with your aunt works out as well as possible.
Believe it or not I may be in Manhatten on Monday. Not sure yet, will let you know.
